About The Position
Join a Long-Term Care team as a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 6-week assignment working day shifts from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining resident safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Active RN License required
- Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills required
- Ability to manage multiple residents and prioritize patient care needs required
- Experience with medication administration and treatment management required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills required
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams required
Nice To Haves
- Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
