Registered Nurse-Emergency Department-Night
About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides nursing care to all patient populations in the Emergency Department at Highland Park Hospital. The nurse uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care; maintains regulatory compliance in individual practice; and is accountable for the outcomes of nursing care. The role also guides assigned unlicensed nursing personnel and contributes to safety outcomes and a high-quality patient experience. This is a full-time position of 36 hours per week on the night shift, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with rotating weekends. The hourly pay range is $37.25–$57.74, with the offered rate based in part on expertise and years of experience.
Requirements
- Current professional nursing licensure in the State of Illinois.
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider.
Nice To Haves
- BSN degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of current hospital nursing experience preferred.
