About The Position

BAYADA’s Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with a schedule chosen to match the nurse. BAYADA provides paid orientation, including virtual and hands-on training, and ongoing onboarding and training support. The pay range is $30–$32 per hour. Benefits vary according to employment type.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose to be matched with.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
