About The Position
MidState Medical Center is hiring Registered Nurses for its Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Nurses can practice at the top of their license using research, innovation, and evidence-based practices. The role includes clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities through a PCU Nurse Residency. MidState Medical Center is an acute-care community teaching hospital providing inpatient and outpatient services in general medicine and surgery, along with a wide range of specialties.
Requirements
- Current Connecticut RN license required within 90 days of hire
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association

- One year of recent acute-care RN experience preferred
