About The Position

Pendant Staffing is recruiting passionate, dedicated, and caring nurses for partner facilities in the Tampa, Florida area. The organization, a subsidiary of The Ensign Group, partners with more than 370 skilled nursing facilities across 17 states. The position offers visa sponsorship options, including Green Card, TN, or other applicable visa types. Pendant Staffing supports candidates through the visa process, helps them identify an employer aligned with their career goals, and assists with relocation and assimilation. Nurses are paid according to their years of experience at rates equivalent to their U.S. counterparts. A relocation package may include housing assistance, a cash allowance, and reimbursement of visa and licensing fees. Requirements

A U.S. nursing license or passing the NCLEX RN exam.
At least one year of current or recent nursing experience.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide appropriate care and advice.
Observe and interpret patients’ symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to develop individualized patient care plans.
Perform routine procedures, such as measuring blood pressure and administering injections, and complete patient charts.
Adjust and administer medications and provide treatments according to physicians’ orders.
