About The Position

CarDon is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) at Lincoln Hills. The role involves delivering high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment. Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
• Have an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Document resident care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Sign-on bonus of $15,000 for full-time day shift and $7,500 for full-time night shift.
