About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the 'RN-NEW RATES' position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings within the United States. Requirements

  • Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • The RN will utilize clinical assessment and critical thinking skills daily to evaluate patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions aligned with new rate structures.
  • Effective communication skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure cohesive care delivery.
  • Proficiency in documentation and familiarity with electronic health records enable accurate recording of patient information and compliance with updated billing requirements.
  • Time management and organizational skills support the nurse in balancing multiple patient needs while adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Adaptability and continuous learning are vital as the RN integrates evolving healthcare policies and reimbursement changes into everyday practice.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Experience working with updated reimbursement models and clinical documentation improvement.
  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) or similar specialty credentials.
