About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the 'RN-NEW RATES' position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings within the United States. This role focuses on applying updated clinical protocols and reimbursement rates to ensure compliance with current healthcare standards and optimize patient outcomes. The RN will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Additionally, the nurse will serve as a patient advocate, providing education and support to patients and their families while maintaining meticulous documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Requirements
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
- The RN will utilize clinical assessment and critical thinking skills daily to evaluate patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions aligned with new rate structures.
- Effective communication skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure cohesive care delivery.
- Proficiency in documentation and familiarity with electronic health records enable accurate recording of patient information and compliance with updated billing requirements.
- Time management and organizational skills support the nurse in balancing multiple patient needs while adhering to regulatory standards.
- Adaptability and continuous learning are vital as the RN integrates evolving healthcare policies and reimbursement changes into everyday practice.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.

Responsibilities
