About The Position

BAYADA is seeking a New Grad RN to join their team. The Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients. Clinical Managers provide in-depth training and support to new nurses, ensuring they are comfortable and confident in their skills. Nurses will care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, offering opportunities to explore various passions within nursing.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing

Responsibilities

• One on one patient care
• Electronic charting using Statewise
• Around the clock clinical support
