Packaging Associate - COMPETITIVE WAGES
About The Position
Fenix Group SPC in Minnetonka, MN is seeking to hire a full-time Packaging Associate to help fill label and prepare packaging materials for their production teams. This role requires an analytical person who thrives in a consistent and predictable work environment, makes decisions carefully, prefers to work within processes and procedures, and is a strong problem solver. The associate will spend about 80% of their day preparing packaging for production teams by hand-applying labels to 1-gallon paint cans, pails, pints, quarts, and drums, ensuring a professional appearance with no creases, bubbles, and straight alignment.
Requirements
- To be at least 18 years of age
- To be able to lift and move up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Prepare packaging for production teams by placing labels on 1 gallon paint cans, pails, pints, quarts, and drums.
- Apply labels by hand, ensuring they are adhered with a professional look, with no creases or bubbles, and are aligned straight.
