About The Position

The Packaging Associate supports the cracker packaging process by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and safe production environment. You will add value by performing the following duties, including but not limited to: Set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment Perform quality checks and complete required reports Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety, food safety, and company procedures Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to frequently push, reach, and stand throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is an asset
