About The Position
Registered Nurse RN PRN- PCU. Bring your passion to THR so we are Better + Together!! Work location: Texas Health HEB: 1600 Hospital Parkway Bedford, Texas 76022. Work hours: PRN; Days 7:00am – 7:00pm, 6 shifts/6 weeks schedule. Department highlights: Team based environment, Workplace culture 2nd to none, Great benefits/ 401k / PTO.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma Nursing required OR Associate's Degree Nursing required OR Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
- 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
- RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required
- NIHSS – National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification 30 days required
- CPI – Crisis Prevention Training maintained annually 60 days required
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of previous PCU experience preferred
