Registered Nurse - Progressive Care
About The Position
The Registered Nurse PCU3 provides patient-centered care in a cardiac-focused, non-specialized Progressive Care Unit. The expanded unit serves patients with a variety of conditions, treatments, and acuity levels, with an average stay of 3 to 4 days. The role is suited to a positive, collaborative nurse who values teamwork, variety, and helping others develop their skills. Nurses work together to build on one another’s strengths while providing exceptional care. The position offers work on a new unit with leading technology and newly renovated patient rooms, opportunities to build nursing skills and pursue career growth, and support from collaborative teammates and leaders who encourage nurses to work toward their career goals. The schedule is 36 hours per week on nights, with rotating weekends and holidays. The position is benefit eligible.
Requirements
- Applicable experience: less than 1 year.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Registered Nurse credential (various).
- Associate degree.
