Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time Day Shift
About The Position
Metropolitan Behavioral Health, a UHS facility, is a 144-bed behavioral health facility providing inpatient services for adolescents, adults, and older adults, as well as 24-hour behavioral health assessments and programs addressing co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues. Registered Nurses coordinate and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members, following the nursing process and applicable standards of care and practice. They oversee and direct the LPNs and MHTs on their units to support patient safety and meet patient needs. This is a full-time day-shift position, scheduled from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with rotating holidays and every other weekend.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.
- Hold an RN license issued by the State of Michigan.
Nice To Haves
- At least three years of experience in a psychiatric health-care facility is preferred.
Responsibilities
