About The Position
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse to provide home health visits in the Stuart and Hobe Sound area. The nurse performs skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes, assesses patient needs, develops and manages individualized care plans, and supports patients and caregivers with education. The role includes coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, monitoring progress, and communicating changes in condition. Requirements
- Active Florida RN license.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred.
- OASIS experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled nursing visits in patient homes.
- Complete OASIS assessments and documentation.
