About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System, you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. RNs serve as patient advocates and provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues. Maternal Child Float RNs float between Pediatrics, Mother Baby, and NICU.

This is a full-time, 12-hour night-shift position. The schedule includes Friday and Saturday nights from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., one additional night during the week, and every other holiday. Assigned hours, starting time, or workdays may change based on departmental or organizational needs. An up to $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Indiana RN license.
• CPR certification upon hire or the ability to attain it within 60 days.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in Pediatrics, Mother Baby, or NICU; new graduate RNs will also be considered.
