About The Position

Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Patient-centered care is the foundation for all nursing care. The role also provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team and demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. Basic computer, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Minimum of two years of critical care RN experience.
• For ICU/PCU: NIH certification within 90 days of start date.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills.
