About The Position

Nightingale Home Healthcare is seeking two full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Stamford-based team. This is a high-impact, territory-based role where you will manage patients across Stamford and surrounding areas with full clinical autonomy and strong organizational support. This is not a per-visit role — we are offering a stable salary with bonus upside, designed for experienced home health nurses who want both security and earning potential. The role offers a guaranteed salary ($105K–$125K) plus a bonus structure, consistent patient volume, territory ownership, strong clinical and operational support, mileage reimbursement, 3 weeks PTO, full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life), and 401(k) with company match. Nurses will manage a defined patient population, perform Start of Care (SOC), Recerts, and routine visits, complete OASIS assessments and develop Plans of Care, monitor patient progress and adjust care accordingly, coordinate with therapists, aides, and physicians, ensure timely, accurate documentation in WellSky, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Connecticut
• Home Health experience REQUIRED
• Strong clinical judgment and independence
• Reliable transportation
• Commitment to high-quality patient care

Nice To Haves

• OASIS experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined patient population in Stamford and nearby areas
