Nightingale Visiting Nurses is seeking two full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Taunton-based team. This is a high-impact, territory-based role where you will manage patients across Taunton and surrounding areas with full clinical autonomy and strong organizational support. This is not a per-visit role — we are offering a stable salary with bonus upside, designed for experienced home health nurses who want both security and earning potential.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Home Health experience REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation

• OASIS experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and independence
• Commitment to high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined patient population in Taunton and nearby areas
• Perform Start of Care (SOC), Recerts, and routine visits
• Complete OASIS assessments and develop Plans of Care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care accordingly
• Coordinate with therapists, aides, and physicians
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation in WellSky
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting
