Requirements

Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Salary of $76,440 for 30 productivity points + $49.00 pay-per-visit rate over productivity + Medicare differential pay
