About The Position
LADACIN Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse for its Residential Program in Ocean County. This full-time position provides nursing care and support to adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities in a group home setting. The RN performs nursing procedures, provides first aid and health-related support, assists with care planning, maintains required documentation, and collaborates with a transdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. The RN also communicates with families, physicians, and staff about participant health needs and services.
Requirements
- Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
