About The Position

The Registered Nurse in the Wound Clinic at Aspirus Medford Hospital is a professional accountable for providing nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, incorporating evidence-based practice. The role also contributes to continuous improvement in nursing care quality by collecting and analyzing data. The position is part-time at 0.6 FTE (48 hours per pay period), with occasional day shifts as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Active Wisconsin RN nursing license required.
• Current BLS certification, or obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Maintain specialty certification according to the department's scope of service.
• Current ACLS, PALS, or NRP certification may be required based on the primary department.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Specialty certification desired.
• Ideally, at least three years of RN experience in a comparable setting.
