About The Position
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. The Registered Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through provisions of safe quality nursing care to clients. He/She is responsible to the Manager of the designated area. Requirements
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
- Nursing diploma is acceptable.
- Applicants must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
- Those being interviewed are required to bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
Responsibilities
- Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
- Promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through provisions of safe quality nursing care to clients.
- May be required to act as Charge Nurse once orientated to ER & Medical/Surgical.
- Duties not limited to Medical/Surgical floor.
- May be required to orientate to ER, Endoscopy, and/or Chemotherapy.
