About The Position
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) OR Nursing diploma OR Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing OR Psychiatric Nursing diploma
- Managing Obstetrical Risk Efficiently (MORE) certificate/program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider (Level C) - Heart and Stroke
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- S.T.A.B.L.E Program
- Breastfeeding Course
- Fetal Health Surveillance (FHS) course
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK (CRPNS)
- Valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search (required for interview)
- Upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position
