About The Position
Join Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, New Jersey, as a night-shift, PRN Medical Surgical Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical (Bariatrics/Oncology) provides nursing care within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards, while maintaining awareness of ethical standards set by the ANA Code of Ethics. The medical center is an 820,000-square-foot facility with 365 beds, more than 1,200 employees, and a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit. Requirements
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
- At least 2 years of clinical medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting.
- Obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and before providing direct patient care.
