Registered Nurse
About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides compassionate and professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, ensuring patients’ safety, comfort, and wellbeing. The role involves delivering dialysis treatments, monitoring patients, responding to clinical situations, educating patients, and working collaboratively with a clinical care team. Paid dialysis training is provided, and new graduate RNs are welcome to apply. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, three to four shifts per week, with shifts lasting 10 to 15 hours. The role includes two Saturdays per month and no Sunday work.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
- Basic EKG interpretation skills.
- Two or more years of experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is preferred.
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- CNN certification.
- Experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg.
