The position offers 12-hour day shifts (0630–1900) or night shifts (1830–0700), with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The unit uses a cyclic self-scheduling model. Weekend work is required at least every third weekend, and nurses must work a minimum of two holidays. Nurses receive comprehensive classroom orientation followed by two shifts of unit-specific onboarding. Artificial nails are prohibited in patient care settings. A valid driver’s license is required for submission and verification of the 50-mile radius rule.
