About The Position
Moraga Post Acute is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a part-time basis. We are currently hiring for all shifts (AM, PM, and NOC). In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.
Requirements
- Current and active RN license in the state of California
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts (AM, PM, NOC)
Nice To Haves
- Previous post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff
- Provide support and education to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
