Requirements

  • Current RN license in the state of SC
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, team-player attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Assess, plan, and oversee resident care plans
  • Supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care
  • Communicate with physicians, families, and team members
  • Respond quickly to changes in resident conditions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and charting
  • Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect
