About The Position

The Registered Nurse in the Neurology Clinic protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of licensure. The nurse collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to coordinate care across the continuum, assesses and supports physical symptoms, and provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The role also mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains a professional disposition at all times. The position is hourly, with pay based on years of licensure.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice; IL or MI RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers certification.
• Ability to regularly and timely travel between various sites.

Nice To Haves

• BSN.
• Six months of experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
• Basic proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft applications.
