About The Position
We’re hiring Per Diem / PRN Registered Nurses in Austin, TX for an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role offers the opportunity to make extra money while maintaining a flexible schedule. The position is a W-2 employment with a pay rate of $39-40/hour plus a weekend differential. A $500 Quick Start Bonus is available for those who get credentialed and cleared by Labor Day. The role involves 12-hour shifts, either days or nights, in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Requirements
- Active Texas RN or Compact License
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- ACLS preferred
- CRRN preferred
- 1+ year of acute care or rehabilitation hospital experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and complete patient assessments
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate and support patients and their families
- Assist patients throughout their rehabilitation and recovery
