About The Position
We are hiring Per Diem / PRN Registered Nurses in Texarkana, TX for an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This position offers the opportunity to make extra money while maintaining a flexible schedule. The role involves providing direct nursing care, developing care plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and their families throughout their rehabilitation and recovery process.
Requirements
- Active Texas RN or Compact License
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- ACLS preferred
- CRRN preferred
- 1+ year of acute care or rehabilitation hospital experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and complete patient assessments
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate and support patients and their families
- Assist patients throughout their rehabilitation and recovery
