About The Position
BAYADA Pediatrics is hiring Registered Nurses for substitute and long-term school nursing assignments throughout Gloucester County, with additional needs in Cumberland County. Nurses may work with students of all ages. One-on-one school nursing opportunities and bus runs are also available. The role involves using clinical skills to provide care to clients in school settings and, as described in the posting, in the comfort and safety of their homes. Requirements
- Current New Jersey RN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- School Nurse certification or Substitute Nurse certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is a plus but is not required; industry-leading training is available through BAYADA.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapy.
- Communicate with other members of the client’s multidisciplinary team.
