About The Position
Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join its Progressive Care Unit. The unit focuses on renal transplant, urology, peritoneal dialysis, pulmonary hypertension, and other specialties. The hospital is a 636-bed specialty care teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin. It is also a Magnet-designated hospital and is one of eight nationally accredited Pulmonary Hypertension Centers in Texas. The hospital was ranked #1 in the United States on the 2023 Fortune/PINC AI Top 100 Hospitals list. The position is full-time at 36 hours per week, with day and night schedules available from 7 to 7. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is paid in three installments over 12 months. This is a nicotine-free facility.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program; specialized field of study must be nursing.
- Current RN license.
- Must have BLS certification or obtain it within 30 days of starting in the role.
- All certifications must be from the American Heart Association (AHA).
