The RN would be responsible for oversight of the below towns and be assigned 2 homes out of that region that will be their designated houses. North Towns: Billerica, Chelmsford, Holliston, Franklin, Bellingham, Northborough, Southborough M-F - no weekends! NO ON-CALL! 90-100k salaried THRIVE AS A REGISTERED NURSE AT SEVITA. Requirements

• Accredited RN degree
• Current state RN license
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• One year of experience
• Clinical assessment skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Communication skills
• Teamwork skills
• Creative problem solving skills
• Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible behaviors
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments, implementing health care plans, and monitoring patients’ conditions
• Provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and training of staff
• Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to best meet patients’ biological, physical, and behavioral needs
• Oversight of assigned towns and designated homes within the region
• Supervision of LPNs in the region
• Potential to become a Medication Administration Trainer for the state
