About The Position
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in a correctional facility in Toledo, Ohio. This role involves following a designated care plan, performing various nursing duties such as medication administration and wound care, and monitoring client conditions. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- OH RN License
- CPR/BLS
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
- Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to Nurse Manager
