About The Position

Haven Home Health is growing, and we are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in the Safford AZ area. This Full-Time opportunity offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and an excellent workplace culture. As a Home Health RN, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes. You will work closely with our clinical leadership team to complete start-of-care assessments, routine skilled visits, and provide ongoing patient education. We also utilize innovative AI-powered documentation tools to make charting faster, more efficient, and more personalized—so you can focus on what matters most: your patients.

Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of skilled Medicare home health experience (OASIS preferred)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Kinnser (WellSky) is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
