About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with telemetry experience to join the Telemetry Unit in San Antonio, Texas. The 27-bed unit uses an RN/LVN team model with 9–10 patients per team. Nurses use telemetry monitors, IV pumps, and the Meditech electronic medical record. The role requires strong assessment skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The nurse may be asked to float to another medical/surgical unit as needed. Staff must be available to work at least every other weekend, with additional scheduling based on unit needs. The required attire is navy blue scrubs.
Requirements
- Telemetry experience.
- ACLS certification.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
