About The Position
Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, resident-centered care. This is a full-time NOC shift position paying $45–$52 per hour, depending on experience. The nurse will support residents’ safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life while working with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused.
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervise and support nursing staff as needed.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
