About The Position
Registered Nurses provide high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease. Nurses are on the front line of patient care and help improve patients’ quality of life by building relationships with patients and their families. This float-pool position assists multiple clinics in the region.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted.
- Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Meet all applicable state and licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with ESRD.
- Assist multiple clinics in the region.
- Build relationships with patients and their families to support quality of life.
