About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse at the Ascension Medical Group Star Plus Clinic in Kokomo, IN, within the Wellness Preventative Care and Occupational Health department. The position involves a rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts from 8 am to 8 am, and requires availability for weekends and holiday rotations. The nurse will be responsible for providing prevention, recognition, and treatment of occupational illnesses and injuries for StarPlus employees, delivering nursing care in compliance with regulations and policies, performing clinical assessments, managing medical emergencies, coordinating follow-up care, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
