About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Obstetrics & Nursery team in the Mother Baby unit. The position supports new mothers and their babies as families transition into parenthood, including care for antepartum and extended recovery patients. The position is .75 FTE, or 60 hours every two weeks, on 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The schedule includes every third weekend and two holidays per year. The role offers a starting pay of $38.96, with additional pay based on experience, plus shift, weekend, and holiday differentials.
Requirements
- RN license to work in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.
- BLS for health care providers.
Nice To Haves
- RN experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to new mothers and their babies.
- Assist and educate mothers on breastfeeding.
- Care for antepartum patients, including fetal monitoring, and extended recovery patients.
- Provide patient education and home-going instructions.
