About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Obstetrics & Nursery Unit in the Mother Baby unit. The role supports new mothers and families as they transition into parenthood, providing care and education to mothers and their babies. The position is .75 FTE, or 60 hours every two weeks, with 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Nurses work every third weekend and two holidays per year. The role includes caring for antepartum patients, including fetal monitoring and extended-recovery patients, assisting and educating mothers on breastfeeding, and providing patient education and discharge instructions. The unit offers a collaborative environment, departmental leadership support, access to a Career Development Center, and a comprehensive benefit package.
Requirements
- RN license to work in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.
- BLS for health care providers.
Nice To Haves
- RN experience preferred.
Responsibilities
