About The Position

Under minimal supervision, the Registered Nurse provides nursing care to an assigned group of patients, matching patient needs with the nurse’s competencies. The nurse completes established position competencies within the designated introductory period and performs other related duties as assigned. The position is with the Telemetry team at Northeast Baptist Hospital. The employer notes that the position may qualify for a sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Proficient in using computer software, including electronic patient records.
Possess a current Nurse Permit.
Have active healthcare-provider Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire through ARC or AHA; AHA Healthcare Provider BLS must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
Depending on the department, required certifications or courses may include ACLS/TNCC, PALS/ENPC, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., Fetal Monitoring, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention; applicable requirements and grace periods are specified in the STAFF RN job description.
