About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking a per diem Hospice Registered Nurse in the Bryan County, Georgia area, including Richmond Hill and Rincon, to provide care and support to terminally ill patients. The nurse helps patients experience comfort, dignity, and peace of mind in their final days through clinical care and emotional support. The role involves collaborating with physicians and other professionals, evaluating patients through visits as needed, supporting caregivers and families, and responding to changes in patients’ conditions.

Pay is $85 per visit, $85 per pronouncement, and $150 per admission, with mileage reimbursement at $0.65 per mile. Requirements

• Valid RN license to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Proven experience as a hospice nurse or registered nurse.
• Knowledge of nursing care processes and medication guidelines and side effects.

• Sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Compassion, patience, and emotional stability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care.
• Triage phone calls.
• Visit patients as needed to evaluate their condition.
• Provide support and comfort according to individual patients’ needs.
• Work with caregivers to plan and execute excellent patient care.
• Help administer medication.
• Alleviate sudden symptoms of the disease’s end phase.
• Notify a doctor about a patient’s condition when deemed necessary.
• Assist patients and their families with paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Help relatives cope with the upcoming loss and provide post-mortem support.
