About The Position

Asante Three Rivers Medical Center’s C/D Unit provides care for medical and surgical patients, with a focus on surgical and orthopedic patients. The Ortho Post-Surgical unit serves adults recovering from total joint, colorectal, and general surgeries. It is a high-paced, high-energy team environment. Nursing Station C/D has 31 beds and an average census of 27 patients. All patient rooms have ceiling patient lifts to support patient and staff safety. The goal is to provide superb health care in a compassionate manner.

Requirements

• Experience in an acute patient care environment.
• Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) Registered Nurse license required upon start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for the Healthcare Provider through the American Heart Association (AHA), required upon start.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) certification from the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Board.
• Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC).
