About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse focused on MedSurg and Telemetry. The role involves providing patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment and may require floating to multiple locations within the region. Candidates must submit requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission and complete a thorough skills checklist matching the MedSurg and Telemetry specialties.

Requirements

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact RN license.
• At least 2 years of MedSurg nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NHISS certification before starting.
• Pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a minimum score of 80%.
• Complete a thorough skills checklist matching the MedSurg and Telemetry specialties.
• Include requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission for consideration.

Nice To Haves

• Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
• Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required.
• Critical Care RNs are welcome to apply if familiar with MedSurg ratios and acuity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in MedSurg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Potentially float to multiple locations within the region as needed.
