Requirements
- Minimal of two years of previous Home Health experience
- Must be available on Mondays and Fridays
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut
- OASIS experience required
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to commute to provide the best in-home patient care
Nice To Haves
- Weekend Rotation will be required. Typically, this is one weekend per month or less.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Nurse Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Collaborate with other professionals
- Manage home health aides or CNAs
