About The Position

Dependable Home Health of Nevada is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Home Health team serving the North, East, and West Las Vegas communities. As a Home Health RN, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a part-time schedule while providing personalized, one-on-one nursing care that helps patients recover, maintain independence, and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements

• Current Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Valid Nevada Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Current TB clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Home Health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home safety
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes appropriately
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
