Dependable Home Health of Nevada is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled Home Health services throughout the South, East, and West Las Vegas service areas. Requirements

• Active Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Valid Nevada Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Current TB clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered

Nice To Haves

• Home Health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and disease management
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes promptly
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations
