Requirements
- Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
- Possession of a current, valid PA temporary practice permit or PA Registered Nurse license at the time of appointment
- Ability to perform essential job functions
- Satisfactory completion of a medical examination and a drug screening test
- Satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance

Responsibilities
- Evaluate resident conditions and determine care needs based on ongoing observations
- Organize and guide nursing interventions and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring resident responses
- Support and direct non professional nursing staff through instruction and on the job training
- Prepare clear written and oral reports to support communication and compliance
- Maintain a therapeutic environment by applying infection control and emergency response procedures
